DICKSON SETS HIS SIGHTS ON TRAVELING IN 2012

West Decatur, PA (January 18, 2012) Billy Dickson and Dickson Motorsports are planning to travel the Highways in 2012. The team suffered a big blow in 2011 after only 3 nights of competition they lost their engine and had to set out the remainder of the season. "During the off season we had some time to concentrate on plans for 2012 and we have decided to run the ULMS Series and try for Rookie of the Year Honors", claims Dickson. "This past season was hard on us having to sit out and not compete, but on the other hand we have had the time to update our equipment, improve our racing consulting contact list as well as adding some key team members", says Dickson. "One of the biggest improvements we have made was adding Mike Berezansky as crew chief for 2012, Mike's resume contains years of experience and numerous victories with other drivers". Dickson said that the preliminary plans are to rent Dog Hollow Speedway sometime in early March weather permitting for the newly assembled team. "Mike and I need to establish chemistry quickly right off the bat and we think renting Dog Hollow will be a step in the right direction to prepare for the March 31st date at Mercer for the First UFO Scheduled Event of 2012. Billy goes on to say that along with the new team members of Mike Berezansky as Crew Chief and Steve Jones as Car Chief we also have switched some other major components. This year we are trying out a Rocket Blue/Grey Spindle Combo Car, we are changing shocks, and we are also going with Hoosier Tires. "This year will have its challenges with all the changes we have made, along with deciding to Travel because some of the Tracks it will be our first time there, but we are looking forward towards this journey".

"We are fortunate to be able to have the continued support from previous sponsor's again this year and would like to thank Mitchell Milling, Logan Branch Insurance, Barber's Xtreme Graphix, PGH Directory, SRD Racing, Castle Products, GeoTech Engineering, Holt Precision Machine, and Edge Racing Engines". In the off season we were able to pick up some additional sponsorship and would like to thank Precise Racing Products, Hoosier Tire Mid Atlantic, and MBR Performance Engineering. Billy would also like to add thanks to Fred Bratchie and Robbie Scott for all of their help towards the program.

8-27-10 DICKSON WINS @ DOG HOLLOW SPEEDWAY

Rick Davis and John Britsky led the Super Late Models to the green flag with Britsky taking the lead and brining Clate Copeman to second. The top two were setting that pace, through several cautions, with Britsky maintaining the lead over Copeman but on a lap 3 restart Copeman straddled the outside of the backstretch and lost several positions, falling to eighth place, this put Billy Dickson in second and once again a yellow flew on lap six.
On the restart Dickson lined up beside Britsky, and when Kevin Smyers waved the green flag The duo of Dickson and Britsky were door-to-door with Dickson taking the lead. Once he got the lead he began to pull away from all challengers as the best race became the fight for second between Copeman and Sammy Stile, as they fought for the second spot but when the checkered flag waved it was all Dickson grabbing his career first stock car win, Stile was second, Copeman was third, Dan Lee turned in another great performance with fourth and George Fultz came home fifth. Heat wins went to Britsky and Copeman.
“I am so happy to get my first super late win at Dog Hollow,” Dickson said in the winners circle. “I just tried to hit my marks and not mess up.
